I grew up watching people in this community work incredibly hard — plumbers, contractors, restaurant owners, real estate agents — people who were genuinely great at what they did. And I kept watching them get overlooked. Not because they weren't talented. Because their digital presence didn't reflect their real quality.
I'd see local business owners spend thousands on a website that looked fine but did absolutely nothing. I'd see them get locked into SEO contracts where they paid every month and couldn't point to a single new customer that came from it. I'd see them run ads that drained their budget without any strategy behind them.
Nobody was being honest with them. Agencies were collecting retainers. Freelancers were disappearing after launch. And the business owners were left frustrated, cynical, and stuck.
So I built Rewired Design to be the opposite of all that. No long contracts before you know what you're getting. No vague reports full of metrics that don't matter.
